I like my Harbor Freight stand. It's 1000 lbs rated, has the single leg up front with a "T" and two wheels. It was easy on the pocket and works great. I think it was like 55 bucks on sale or something

I use Dremel stones like the 8193 stone made by Dremel. I don't like air tool cutters because most of the time they gouge too fast.

The very reason I like a Dremel. It doesn't gouge all at once like a air grinder

simple Dremel. It's all I've ever used.

If it's dark or dim, I like a regular drop cord light. The kind that has the metal wires in front of the bulb. can be easily moved or hung to provide light right where i want it. Also provides an outlet if i want to plug something in. Something like this...

yep, one of the first things I check is if that "flap" is frozen shut. Had that happen more than once.

I've never seen a stand that wouldn't reach. Not to challenge your skills, but I would look again for additional adjustment. Post a picture? Is the plate turned upside down?

I'm supposed to be putting up a 20x30 in the very near future, all I really have room for.
