    Floor pan removal and replacement?

    Lots of material on the web and even this site. I suggest get a good spot weld cutter, grinder and a welder. I just did the floors on my 66 dart, first time and was eaiser that expected. If could do it again i would have done full floor pan rather than 4 patches.

    Paying for floor replacement ?

    Pics? I would do a one piece pan if possible. Doing mine now. I Would say for a real shop it would prob be a 3 day job at the going rate plus parts. Maybe more days if fabrication is required for structural rust repair

    i would ebay it. i think $1000 is closer to street value. the cars restored are maxing out at 35-40K so you would have to find a really speacial dart that someone wanted to restore to pay your asking price, but who knows there are buyers out there for everthing FYI 340 duster grills are...

    what spray gun?

    painting under side of the car, its set up on jack stands, what gun do you recommend? can i get away with an HVLP top fed gun or would i need one with a remote tank? thanks
