    I would go 45 and go with the Champion or Autolite Last set of Autolite or Champion I used were set at 44 out the box. So just checked all to make sure all were at 44 and ran them

    Same here. On an old car and even a 2008 Honda tried to use some conversion bulbs no dice. Put new glass USA bulbs in was just fine. Yea i am an old guy consider a,2008 new car.

    New wiring harness - best choice

    MY M&H came from Tom Race at RT Specialties for the main Harness. I also got the rear one too. But already had the engine and forward light ones from Bill Evans. I have a bunch of Money in wires it have no problems. Price new car parts for a new car. Even more than classic car stuff

    It looks like the United cap and their rotor work with each other only. Use of rotor with another cap destroys it. Use of the cap with a normal rotor from one of the many company's that make rotors would place the contact of the normal rotor very far away from the contacts on the United Cap also...

    Rockauto and others has the United Motor Products says made USA. The rotor is fine if used with cap they make I show. Reason I posted pics of boxes with part numbers. They must be used a a,set. That rotor used on any other cap will wrecks it ASAP. And I tried many none worked other than the cap...

    On picture 3 you can clearly see it has 3 extra places where there is plastic that make it sit high on the shaft verses the one lug to locate the rotor on the white one.

    So can't tell from the small pics (phone) Just for my own interest and info Dist. #1 the roll pin came out the reluct and licked it up braking the rotor/ cap damage? #2 No adjustments to get the Magnetic Pickup to .008-.010? From cheap pick-up source when thet built it?
