I'm just hazarding a guess but I'd say 00 for spare means a steel wheel and you get no hubcap with it, hence 00?

I did tip him which is why I believe they didn't charge me. They also printed me a receipt for the work done.

I ended up going to the local Firestone. They had no problem with the tire being so old, mounted it and didn't even charge me!

I bought four tires from Jegs, and installed them in the start of May, so far the white letters are still bright white. They have a 2019 date code on them, and I used brillo to remove the blue off the letters.

How I wish I had the broadcast sheet, only a Fender tag. I do know the wheels are original to the car, 5.5 steelies with dog dishes and black in color as my SPD was 07/09. I am not sure if the stock wheels would be a low gloss, semi gloss, TX9 or what the factory used.

This is correct. The line change was somewhere around May, and I would assume as a cost cutting option. My car was built 07/09 and had black painted steel wheels.

I seem to recall two versions were made, stainless steel and aluminum. I think those would be the aluminum.

I was under the belief they were TX9 black, that's what i used.

My Duster 340 is restored totally stock. i have had BF Goodrich T/A radials on it for the last 18 years, there getting old! ..lol Should I get new radials or go with the Polyglass tires. I know the ride would suffer a bit but i only drive it about 250 miles a year... Goodyear Polyglass E70 14...
