    cam selection

As dgc333 says....Comp Cam Extreme Energy line is excellent , much newer designs that doesnt bleed off cylinder pressure like those old Mopar cams. I run the 509/511 lift in our 74 360, sweet. I actually gained an average of 12 psi/ cylinder switcing from the old MP 484 to this Comp Cam

How much HP for my 360 build in my '67 Cuda

Tony, We run the xe284 cam in a 360 Duster. Its alot of cam for street use. Its happy in our application with 9.8 CR, 3.9 gears, 9 1/2" 3500 stall converter and headers. It wouldnt work well with your converter, exhaust manifold, and all street use. The XE series are great cams to minimize...

    318 cam selection?

From actual experience, we put a MP cam (# 4452761) in my sons 318 powered 74 Duster a while back. It also had a little milling of stock 318 heads, MP dual plane , 600cfm Eddy, and cheapo Headman headers, 3.21 gears. The nicest sounding 318 Ive ever heard, with great mid range power for a daily...

    Building a nice street car.

I sourced a great auto valve body from Rick Allison of A&A Transmission fame. He claims you wont find another that shifts faster than his. Currently in my 74 Duster 360 with 727 and 3.91 gearing. He is great to work with, over the years I've bought several items from him.
