    wrong offset on my wheels

Are you sure it's hitting on both sides? Maybe your steering box is not centered? Just a thought. Also make sure the stops are there and in good shape.

10 year old tires ok for highway driving?

If you had to ask you must be concerned about it. I think it's a crap shoot. You may be ok with them and they may give out at any time like the others. I would change them out just for the peace of mind. Not that brand new tires have done the same once in a while:)

Will they fit my 64 Dart GT?

They should fit fine. I think mine are 225/60-15 with 4.5 of backspace on a 7" rim. On a 63 dart 8 3/4 lbp.

Wilwood has a kit that will bolt up to 9" drum spindle. Very nice too. I've been using it for almost 3 yrs with no issues. You will have to run a 15" wheel to clear the calipers though. http://www.wilwood.com/BrakeKitList.aspx?year=1963&make=Dodge&model=Dart

    Wheel Adapter Help !!

I wouldn't do it. Running spacers in itself is not the "right" way to go to LBP. Then you throw in the slightly modified or slightly not the correct fit and you may be asking for problems. I'm no expert on the subject but, I have ran spacers with no issues. They were the correct 4-4.5 though. I...
