He isn't forcing anyone to just give up their junk or good free parts....he just asked and threw it out there. It's a matter of the giver's choice to give him the parts or give to someone who may be on a tight budget and need them, so he's not really infringing on anyone's generosity to another...

I don't recall seeing him post anything about sending just "good parts," just anything you have laying around that's in the way which may include good and junk parts. I do agree that maybe he should be more specific or let know a little more detail about what he's looking for if that applies...
