    I have them on my 67’ barracuda, I was in the process of adding a 8.8 rear end so it made sense to do it cause I had to weld leaf perches on anyway. No regrets gives you the necessary clearance when adding wider wheels and tires.

    Sounds like a good time, it’s not progressing at all. Car is blown apart. Can’t seem to get motivated in this heat. Glass is out, front end is off the car, I have some rust to fix. Then need to strip the paint and spray the southern poly urethane epoxy primer.

    Yeah…those that act as a purist are those that have the money to be that way or full of ****. Usually the later in my opinion. None of my cars are nice enough for OEM. I do prefer OEM when applicable with cars that are worthy.

    I have epso 6 leaf +1, it was to high had to lower 1” to get the rake I wanted. It’s still high it will settle over time. Not a good photo I got stuck in the wet grass could not back up to save my life. Tires just spinning.

    I got the HD 6 leaf epso’s +1” and the 1.03” torsion bars. My suspension is so solid I could pull a tractor trailer with it.

    It worked but my original e brake lines are old, rusty, and frozen up now so I’ll have to replace them. There were a few other examples on how to do it on here. You’ll have to try searching them up.

    I just got done doing mine is yours a column shift car. I had to sand the shaft to get all rust off off the shaft.

    I’m doing mine as well should be done this weekend, I went with the 205 bearing recommend here. I’m adding a 2.5” x1” exhaust clamp to hold the plastic piece on the column.

    Yearly Update: I wanted to let folks know that with the 8.8 and the dr diff 1/2” spring relocation, I get exactly 6” from spring to the mounting surface on brake rotor. I picked up some 15x9” w/4.5” BS cop wheels on a trade. I plan to run 295/50/15 or maybe even the 60 series. Should be near a...

    I used rubber as well on the lower control arms. I had poly on my sway bar and they dry rotted and cracked all up in to tiny pieces that’s all I needed to see, rubber for now on.

    I think your right you got to switched both spindles around, my calipers face the rear of the car. But again I haven’t aligned it so I might be in the same boat with you. Haha
