Yes we are fighting it, its been 5 years now in october and this matter is still unresolved. They dropped the ticket they gave me but apparently that doesn't change the blame of the accident. Still trying to get things straightened out and get some money out of her for my car.

The Wheel lights are still on there. Their for a safety purpose as when i am driving the fronts will be red and the rears ambers. The reason for this is a result of my accident my previous dart where i got the fault because the police and the lady who t boned me both said the car had no side...

Currrent plan is to keep the ladder bar coil over suspension for this year and see how it does and as far as the tires go I plan on running 315/35r17 R888 tires on 17x11 Street lites rear wheels and just keep the front tires and wheels on. Also need to ditch the spool for another system not sure...

Been a Long time coming but the Phoenix is done and its been out to a few shows already this winter I am getting alot of bugs worked out like brakes and tuning the carb but so far shes far exceeded any and all expectations
