    First 1967 383 installed in a Barracuda

Hi, I saw your message in BaT and tried to reply with my email address but it seems BaT filters out any replies with an email address in the comments, probably to keep sellers from making side deals on their cars . I’ll send you a PM on here. Cheers.

Very cool, that’s pretty much exactly how I picture most big block A- bodies looking in the seventies and early eighties. It seems most of them became street/strip cars by the time they got to their second or third owner. I dig the license plate as well.

Plum Crazy with black tail stripe and no vinyl roof?

This one was definitely built FC7 top and bottom with a black stripe. No M21 drip rail mouldings on the tag, though.

    Fram Oil Filters- American Made!

Friend of mine's neighbor had a Jeep Cherokee with the 4.0 engine that would randomly lose oil pressure then be ok again after shutting it off for awhile. It happened several times before he parked it then gave it to my friend as he bought something else. My friend tries it and same issue. I ask...

    Survivor car

I'd say that the rust on there is fine for driving around, in fact it gives it character. It's only when there are holes you can put your fingers through that it should be repaired, IMO. Even though the body isn't perfect, it's still better than 99% of the other unrestored cars out there which...

    74 Valiant - Facebook

D34 on the fender tag shows it was an automatic car originally and being that it's a 74 A-body,it would have had a 7 1/4 or 8 1/4 rear end. Someone likely had a 4 speed parts car and decided to have some fun with the family car.

    Survivor car

Man, I love seeing cars like this come out of the woodwork. I have a couple that were in similar condition and my philosophy is get them looking the way they were when they were parked or taken out of regular service back in the 70's or 80's. There are a ton of restored cars out there as well as...

77 Dodge Class C motorhome engine removal

I just pulled a 318/727 out of a similar unit and it came out the front with a lift plate bolted where the carb was and the arm of the engine as close as possible.I chopped the front lower crossmember out and it came out pretty much complete with exhaust manifolds, oil pan,starter,motor...

Awesome Video - Basement find 1970 Hemi Cuda...149 Miles and other Mopars

Since it started up right from the get go,I'd assume that they prepped the motor before starting it but who knows what happened before the video started. That's an amazing find and personally I'd leave the Hemi in the Cuda since it's been in there since the car was practically new and was a big...

Post a pic of your mopar license plate wether it be a novelty, vintage or custom plate

I bought this plate a couple years before I had the right car to put it on but I think it fits perfectly on this 71 Swinger 340 Special that spent most of it's life in Alberta.

I'm 99% sure it did have the copper interior as well as I was contemplating an exterior color change on my car (which has the copper interior) and I thought the combo worked well together. I've seen several other 67 convertibles with the medium copper exterior and copper interior so it seems...

If you take out the back seat, you might be able to get access to the trunk latch thru the trunk.Just tape a bunch or extensions together with a 1/2 socket on the end and you should be able to unbolt the latch with no risk of damage and pull the lock out to get re-keyed by a locksmith.

I've seen a number of them in small towns in central WA State but would have to look for the pics. I saw this one about a year ago in Arizona on a road trip down there. It looked empty with an old for sale sign laying on the ground beside it but the building still looked decent. This one...

Cool, you're now officially living my dream.I've seen a number of old dealerships bought by enthusiasts and collectors and want to do the same. I found an old 40's era Chrysler dealership for sale in central British Columbia for a decent price a couple years ago and seriously thought about it...

    v8 swap. for a d50

I remember this as well,I think they used a 360/904 combo. The Mitsu trucks, some of which were badged as Dodge D50's, used a 904 trans behind the 4 banger so everything from the tranny back would be a bolt in operation which saves a lot of work.
