One thing you need to remember is the S/S springs , like the 002 And 003 are made for cars that are 3000# or lighter. If your car weighs more, your need the S/S spring designed for that weight. If you put on the wrong springs, they will not work they way they were designed too. Plus you need to...

You can make 500 HP with an Edelbrock RPM top end kit that has a hydraulic cam. You have to have around 9 compression, if not you will be around 470 HP.

I agree! When I built my truck, I changed a lot from a stock truck. It is nothing like building a car. From getting it to sit low, handle right after a complete front suspension change, and trying to get all to work at the track is a big challange.

Truck has a 505 in it, best so far was 11.30s. Made some changes since then, even changed the strut rods since this picture. Have to see if its any better this spring.
