    Replacing a cloth headliner in an A-body is hardest part on the whole car to replace. I have done a few and still would pay $700 for someone else to do it.

    If you knew how much glue was used and where, you could trim as much as you can off the outside.

    Yes. the headliner in installed before the glass is installed. It does not have to wrap around the pinchweld but it MUST be glued properly.

    I used FatMat , found on ebay. Worked great and half the price of others. If you use it on overhead surfaces, make sure you clean well with alcohol.
