How hard was it?

My dash pad in my Duster isn't in the greatest shape. It has a few ripples and 2 smaller cracks (I'll post pictures later). My dad keeps saying it's fixable but I'm not sure. I plan on painting the dash black this month (it's tan) and dying the dash pad black also. Now, I found a mint tan dash...

There is a Valiant sitting at a junkyard near me that has the full woodgrain dash in it. I'm considering putting it in my Duster (it's a '73 btw). My Duster right now just has the plain dash and woodgrain cluster. What would it take to install this stuff in my car? I'm also including a picture...

A dashpad out of a '73 Valiant 4 door will work on a '73 Duster won't it? Also, what's the best way to remove it?

Do the Grant ones work on factory Mopar Tuff wheels though? I know Grant themselves makes a Tuff wheel replica.

There's a couple of "Tuff wheel adapters" on Moparts....how much do they usually go for? The average I see is about $60.

Any suggestions on where to get it from?

I got a good used Tuff wheel for free from a friend. I want to install it in my Duster however I have no clue what I need so I can install it. Please, any help would be appreciated! I'm including a picture of my current setup that I'm replacing with the Tuff wheel. Cheers, Cody

I have parchment interior in my Duster and the dash is tan. I'm not a huge fan of the colour of it. It used to have tan carpeting in it but I'm putting in black. I'm thinking of painting my dash black and installing a black dash pad since I need a new one anyways. Guys with white or parchment...

Thanks for this post! I'll be buying a new headliner for my Duster and I'll be getting ABS because the cardboard one wouldn't last too long with the climate here in BC (on the coast). Legendary says there quality is "fair". What do you think of it?

I've been looking at putting a Grant Tuff wheel in my '73 Duster. I love the looks of those things and I'd like to replace my current tan coloured stock steering wheel. Anybody ever put one of them in their car and how did it fit?

I'm trying to pull the rear seat out of my '73 Duster...I tried to get the bottom cushion off but couldn't. Help please!:-D

Any suggestions for somebody wanting to install the cardboard headliner into a '73 Duster WITH the glass in it?
