Spotted a great looking 71' Scamp with a 340 4 speed for sale on the island in Ladysmith. Curious if anyone is local or knows the car.

So whats the story on Moretto? I've had thoughts on getting a chassis dyno done and they seem to be the only game.

AMS has a good reputation but their prices are insane. Paying for their name is seems.

I tried dealing with Campbell and then Moretto. Guess I lucked out as neither time they could be bothered to follow up and call me back. I ended up dealing with The Block Shop. They build and race a lot of Mopars. Rob is always easy to talk to.

Anyone deal with them before?

Anyone have recomenations for an upholstrey shop near Edmonton?

I've had stuff shipped UPS last was a console for my truck. No fee's when I got it but about 3 weeks later I got a nice bill in the mail from UPS. They don't always ding you when delivered. If it's all paid up front however that's awesome.

I wouldn't mind a hand/second opinion. I find most of the "car guys" I met at shows and from the club are bench racers who talk a lot but never want to actually show/teach anything.

Edmonton here, moved from Hinton 3 yrs ago. Othere then hawking some parts to OldVart I haven't ment any members yet from the area, and the local Mopar club is in libo too.

Really old post but I ended up at A&C transmissions in Edmonton who also hve the capability to buolt their own high end convertors. Great shop and not a single issue 3 years later

August 9th at the Westerner Fair Grounds Registration : 8 till Noon Show 9 till 4 $25 to register. It's usually a big show. Was hoping to find some Edmonton guys to convoy down with, would be a fun time with that much old iron on the highway.

I've been a member for 2 years actully. I only made last years event at Castrol and the prior at Kingsway and came to the one that got rained out. Now that I've moved to Edmonton and have my car out and the new 340 in I should be around more often.
