    I've got a mild cam in my '72 Duster which lopes pretty nice at about 700 RPM, and a Thrush welded muffler. Their essentially the same thing as a Flowmaster, but cost quite a bit less. I've had plenty of people ask me if I had a V8 under the hood.

    Go to brewersperformance.com. I was referred to their site from here when I converted my Duster from three on the floor to the A833 four-speed transmission. Mine required a bell housing swap because the 3-speed bell housing doesn't have the correct bolt pattern. I don't know all the details...

    What color is the slant 6

    My '72 with the 225 was originally the turquoise color and it's a non A/C car, but at that point they may have stopped using other engine colors. And when I had the motor rebuilt, I repainted the engine Duplicolor Chrysler Corp. Blue which I got from O'Reillys.

    225 turbo headers

    When putting a turbo on the 225, what kind of work do you typically have to do as far as carburetion? I'm sure the little single-barrel wouldn't be able to keep up, but could it work with a double-barrel? And I'm curious about lower boost numbers, like 7-10 pounds.

    Carburetor loses prime after 8+ hours

    Those float bowls are very prone to leaks... especially if you are repeatedly pulling it off to make carb adjustments. The tabs that mount the bowl to the carb bend and then it won't seal properly. Then the gas does the rest of the damage to the gasket... it really is silly to have the bowl...

    I used Dupllicolor Engine Enamel Chrysler blue... I believe it's DE1603. You can find it O'Reilly Auto Parts.
