Do I need any special tools to rebuild my steering gear? Shes leakin bad. Rebuilds and new ones seem to be pretty expensive. Kits are reasonable 72 Dart power steering Thanks

I managed to bugger the threads on the steering column when puttin a new switch in can't get the nut to start so I can draw wheel down to where it needs to be. Tried a small file down in the threads but no luck, what can I do now?

Yes all rebuilt with poly in 06

If I buy adjustable strut rods can I cut the old ones out and install the adj ones without takin everything apart?
