Good info! My only differing opinion was cost on headers. Conversion headers are generally in the 500.00 range, and A body specific manifolds are right there too. Some B body or E body headers can be made to work, or Fenderwell, but the are up there too. Great Honest breakdown.

Factory 440 manifolds hit the steering linkage, and frequently, the passenger side inner fender, at a minimum. Headers.... Schumacher, CPPA, and Tube Technologies are the common ones. Hooker and Hedman make fenderwell units.
