The new wheels look great. Like others have said, keep the same size in back. A little taller in front and you're set. Do you have a sway bar in front?

The bump is on some of the later cylinder heads.

Be careful bolting the driver side exhaust manifold to the later 318. There’s a water passage bump that the 273 doesn’t have that won’t let the manifold lay flat. If you grind there’s a possibility of breaking through.

Keep things simple. Did it have a shifter when you got it? Most likely you can use the stock shifter. Does it still have the original fuel line in good shape? If so, re-use it.

Sounds like you've done your homework on the swap. Please don't cut up this car and put a straight axle in it! It looks too clean.

Looks like a nice car to start with. What flywheel/bellhousing are you going to use with the 360? 360 is externally balanced and the 273 is internal balance. Have you tried the headers in the car? The early a-bodies 64-66 take some pretty unique headers. Just trying to help a fellow Washington...
