That is not what I wanted to hear. I have put penetrating fluid on the nut every week for the last month and it still won't come off.

Sorry, I didn't specify. I have the trunk latch out already. I just can't get the tumbler and the rod out of the tail panel.

Can anyone tell me how to get the trunk lock out of the hole without the key? I can't seem to get it to budge and I don't want to mess the lock flange up.
