I had the same problem on my magnum motor and was using hooker headers. I just dented the header so it would clear. Just for info, I later switched to Dougs headers and they clear with no problem

Those using arp head studs, what did you torque them to?

For those of you using arp head studs, do you remember what torque specs you used, I have one place saying 85 ftlbs and then another saying 70 ftlbs.

I think you have it backwards, your static compression is your piston configured compression and your dynamic or theoretical compression is with your boost figured in. I am running the mopar crate 402 and love it. The cam specs at 501/513 284/292 and it idles smoother than my 360 did with the 484 cam, but I think that is due to the fact that the 402 is a roller motor
