If your confident the angles are good and driveshaft is new, I would look at the center section.

Look at pinion angle again, maybe install some shims to see if it gets worse or better. Is the transmission yoke side of driveshaft new also?

Tail shaft bushing ever replaced? I had something similar, bushing was worn in 727

Glad I saw this thread. I was planing on getting a tru-trac to replace my perfectly fine sure-grip unit only because wanted to change gear ratio. I read your other thread about high speed vibration, hope this cures it for you.
