I have a large hole in the firewall

i dont like the sounds of that scenario Rocky. Anybody else know about this heater set up? So would the AC heater box have only three studs connected to the box bolting in from the inside out?

The blower motor mounting plate to the box has three bolts. Just in case that makes a difference.

Hi all, I have a 1972 plymouth scamp and reacently bought a heater box from someone here. What year box did I get? Will this work on my car? Is there a difference between a box with and without AC? The numbers on the box are 3503789 05407 2 thanks
