There is absolutely no trouble putting it on after the motor is in.

Right side manifold with the long downpipe fits for sure. I just did it to a 64 dart.

These headers are made for 64-66 a bodies. Not what I have.

I just got as smokin deal on a set of d450's from summit's clearence rack. I would like to use them on my swinger. Anyone have experience or thoughts on this? Thanks

I'm so tired of pissing with the next thing that supposedly WORKS on manifolds. Or " you're not applying it right" . From now on I'll be using calyx, no false claims, it is what it is. A company up the road here called TP tools sells it for like $20 a container that lasts for years. 2¢ happy new...

Auto or stick? Pretty sure the mag manifolds dump directly on the z bar.

In a stick car the divers side dumps right onto the z bar. Auto is supposed to work with manual box. Some have had to grind slightly on the underside to clear the box..

Does anyone know if 1998 magnum manifolds will fit and clear everything on my 1985 d250. I have a couple exhaust valves leaking so tommorow I'm putting on some fresh j heads I've had laying around, and thought maybe the mags and duals would be a small upgrade on the cheap. Sorry for the truck...

No, I haven't heard one of those yet. Even the 4.6 shelby,'s sound great! I'm thinking ford outsourced the mufflers just trying to find out from who.

I've been listening for the right tone for my swinger for a couple years. The new Shelby and cobras are definitely the sound I'm after. Has anyone had a look at their system? Do they run an X? What mufflers are they running? I guess I could go to the dealership, just making conversation, thanks.
