I just ran into it last week on a customers 67 chevelle. It had brand new strange axels, and he gave me no paperwork, so I assumed the axels were too long. The rotor hat bottomed out on the Axel, and an eight inch of the e-brake shoe was still showing.

Then I'd have to agree the expansion of the fluid under heat is the cause. Is all the air out of the lines?

Never seen or heard of that problem. But, I'd have to eliminate the brake booster from the equation first by unhooking the vacuum line to it. You'll still have brakes they'll just be hard as hell. Remember to cap the vacuum Line to engine.

I've used them a few times. Good product, and the entire staff is competent! Also if you do not specifi your stainless lines will come with mild steel fittings.

Did they make a 15/16 or 7/8 in aluminum on a regular production vehicle? Or do we have to pay someone like Mancini big money? I found one that size for a caravan but it was cast iron.

Would you happen to know weather or not 73+ up 10" spindles will accept the big ball joints?

Rocco, are you saying that 10" spindles won't take the large ball joint? Also I recently picked this kit up ,do them pads look kinda small to you? Everyone seems to always want bigger rotors, would'nt it stand to reason bigger pads are better also? I do like the weight savings? I would estimate...

I've seen some stuff from Mancini and right stuff. Has anyone had experience with good stuff, bad stuff, RIGHT STUFF, wrong stuff?? I'll be using 73 calipers. And what about the rear do you have to make your own tee? Quality and fitment will number one.
