Since my scoops are aftermarket, I made my own template. I measured every stud to every other stud on each scoop and transferred those measurements to paper. I then located and center punched the 3 or 4 rear holes (through the bracing) and proceeded from there.

I tried one from March Performance. It never lined up well enough and caused belt squeal. It could not have been pressed on any further.

I purchased a March pulley for my Federal PS Pump, pressed it on (as far as it would go), and never got it to line up correctly. March may have changed since then (6-7 years ago). I ended up buying a complete Federal PS Pump from another FABO member. It lined up perfectly.
