I purchased and returned 3 sets of the twin scoops from Year-One because of poor quality. This was about 8 years ago. Hopefully their quality has improved since then.

If I may make a suggestion, get a couple different sizes of hole saws and practice on some scrap material. I used DMT grommets which I believe are a little smaller than the alleged factory 4 1/8" diameter holes.

I had my buddy paint to the top of the peaks. Not sure if it's factory correct dimensions, but it's exactly how I wanted it.

Depending on where you get your scoop seals, I would suggest cutting some "practice" holes, of various sizes, on some scrap material. I bought my scoop seals from DMT and cut 4 1/8" holes.

I learned from str12-340 and went with gloss black as well (never was a fan of the flat/matte/satin).

I purchased SteeleRubber gaskets for the front & rear of my '71 Dart GT. A new windshield was installed while the original back glass was reused. My glass installer was impressed with both gaskets and had no issues with the installs.

Last summer I had a new windshield & gasket installed (40+ years of wear & tear took their toll on it) as well as having the back glass's gasket replaced. The glass company I went to (Henderson Glass) likes SteeleRubber's products, so that's where I ordered from.
