    How much do I need to cut my driveshaft for 8.75 upgrade?

    Just an idea. If you're u are going to cut your drive shaft, you may want to space your front spring hangers out to center your tires in the wheel well. Usually a 1/2" is all that is needed. Then measure your drive shaft to what you want.

    Trans mounting problem

    Your motor mounts appear to be right. May I suggest that you loosen your trans mount to the "brace". Then jack your tranny up against floor boards. Then you should have plenty of play for the brace to line up with the four holes.

    Under load the noise goes away. No load the noise is there. Correct? Please check the torque of your pinion nut. Remember that torque spec is up to 170' pounds.
