The radio is pretty cool. But wouldn't Jason want blue tooth satellite capabilities? Lol. Remember my diesel son, well we just got a 2002 diesel 3/4 ton extended cab full bed ram truck. Another project, however my son, nick works just as hard as Jason. Nick will be a senior in September. So are...

Father, Son, and Grand Father project. 1963 Valiant

Tell Jason after the dreaded wet sanding, that took me two weekends. The compounding is next. I found that to be the fun part because you could see the gloss come back. That red paint will pop like crazy. I liked 3m compound. This was my first car I painted and I'm 47. The black valiant I posted...

    Fireside Valiant chat

Have had this valiant in the family for ever. I raced it from 95 to 2006. Then I got busy raising two boys. Car sat till 2015. I had just finished my 67 barracuda, and was bored. So I decided to convert my race car to a quasi street car. However I had no interior. So I decided to piece meal the...

I'm partial to Dark Green: It was "soft yellow" when they where blocking the car: What spoiler did you use on your 68 barracuda. Looks really nice. I would like to put one on my 67 fish.

Did you tell him about wet sanding. That will make his day. Took it to 1500 grit. Then 3m compound. Lots of work but so pretty when finished. What color have you guys picked.

Great pic. I have seen that look in my boys by just mentioning the lawn needs to bet cut. Just tell your son painting is easy, but the prep work SUCKS. I bet that valiant never sees rain or winter after all that work he has put in.

I said the heck with it. Cut the inner fender wells out. Now I have lots of room. I'm a little bit ahead of you guys in the project. Yes this was my race car too. Haven't raced in a decade. So my son ( the deisel truck kid ) has been learning a lot. Thank god the sanding is over. Especially for...

Pull that 67 fish off the back burner and put all your other projects back there. I love all three fishes, 67-69, but 67 is my favorite. The deck lid trim, no side markers, Plymouth spelled out on the header panel of the grill. I went 340 six pack on my fish basically because I have five 340...
