There are antennas that adhere to the upper portion of the windshield that are almost invisible unless you look closely. I've used them in a few cars, with good results where I didn't have a hole for an antenna. Use your search engine (Google, Bing) or whatever you use to search for one.

I believe that holds tension on the wire that controls the seat slides. I think it hooks under the seat and the tension wire goes into the small end hook.

If you go to MR G's website (he is out of the plastic rechroming business), it shows that same cluster and lists it as 67-69 Barracuda. I'm not saying it is entirely correct, I was just trying to help the OP identify the cluster.

I believe by the 2771611 number that it may be an instrument cluster for 67-69 Barracuda, I could be wrong.

Try a company called Snake Oil, they dye & reweb seat belts.

The only ones I've ever seen didn't have a console, but someone may have more insight.

If you can find the correct needles for the older machine, you MAY be able to pull it off. Most upholsterers have a heavier duty machine for the heavier vinyl.
