I run about 5 btdc and want to go back to a factory distributor from my MSD mainly for the vacuum advance. I welded the slots many years ago when I ran more initial so I need to lengthen them a little to get to about 30 total. I think this chart is pretty accurate. Just want to make sure, thanks .

Arch is gone on my 40+ yo SS springs. I run 28” tall drag radials so I’m thinking +2” springs would be best. But let’s see some pics with tire size.. thanks

I i have a pair of SS springs on it now probably 30/40 years old. Seems to not have much of an arch, I’d like to raise it about an inch. Shackles are almost straight up and down. 28” drag radials on it

I don't know, I think I'm an ok driver, I've road raced (HPDE) my vette a bunch of times, its only putting down 395 HP to the rear wheels but certainly the hi speed rated tires with no sidewall is less forgiving. This was happening in the muscle car era also which were reflected in the insurance...
