4" b.p. Wheel Vintiques rims, Any input on quality

as long as you have an open rear,it can. Not sure they still make the 4" pattern wheels anymore. Best to just call them direct and ask. I've had 4 different setups from them, no issues with any of them.

    Satin or Gloss Black?

and to me, right now, with the body color, and black stripe, and grill I think its too much body color to change it. Plus, to me it also draws less attention, which is good considering how I drive it. I have considered it, and my painter is less than a mile away, and could knock it out easily...

    Satin or Gloss Black?

its personal preference. Body color looks nice, and so does black. Put them on, and stare at it for a bit. You either like it or not.

71 Dart Swinger wheel/tire combo suggestions

are you sure you don't want to move rear springs in? 275s out back are hard to beat. Picture is a little washed out, but those are 225/60-15 fronts, and 275/50-15 rears. Fronts are V-rated Accelera brand, rear are Nitto Drag Radials. 15x7 front, 15x8 rear. Custom backspace on all.

    backspacing

I have 2 15x8 with 5" BS that were on my Dr Diff LBP axled 8 3/4. Since I am running 275s, it was too close to the fender for my liking. If you are interested in them, PM me.

    Biggest tire on 1969 dart

Do some measuring of a rim on your car. I have a 71, so different, but I wound up with 5.5 BS on 15x8 for a 275 tire. It centered it perfect on mine, with the springs inboard roughly 1/2. Its not hard, just do some measuring. Its the BS that is key to making it fit, and not rub the outer fender.

    OMG This Noob NEEDS Advice!

5.75BS on an 8inch wide wheel isn't going to fit stock leaf spring location. You need them moved inboard more than 1/2.

14" rim.....what size tire will work best

215/70R14 on stock wheels fits fine. That is what was on my car when I bought it a little over a year ago.

    17x9 Cop Car Steelies

The other fender lip is what I'm saying roccodart440. Plus, my tire is already very close to the leaf spring with 275s and the current rim. 10inch just seems too wide without pushing wheel further inwards into the inner tub, and into the springs, with just the relocation kit.

    17x9 Cop Car Steelies

What overall tire height are you aiming for? Even with 15x8 with 5.5 BS a 275 is pretty tight. And this is with Dr Diff spring relocation too. Mine are 26inch, and sit pretty centered in the wheelwell. I would also love to see 17s, and still accept the stock center caps.

275/50/15 Nitto NT555R no tubs or rubs

autoxcuda, yeah I can see his is alot lower. Not sure I want mine that low for my use of the car. Duster440, call Wheel Vintiques, as custom backspace cost a little more than their standard listing. After getting this all installed, and if I did it again, I'd get 5 1/4 or 5.5 BS, and use a thin...

275/50/15 Nitto NT555R no tubs or rubs

autoxcuda, with mine, I'm only 1inch higher in the rear from stock, and with Cass's inboard spring mount, I'm considering moving the spring eye to the upper hole to drop it back down some and see how the fit is.

    Now it`s DUB...

how do we like the final result? Front end is too high, front wheels stick out too far in relation to the rears, so not proportional. But if DUB is what you were after, maybe ask this on an import forum.

    69 Dart Wheel offset

In factory wheel wells, 275 is about it. Your stuffing a 10inch wide tire into around an 11inch space. Trimming the fender lip can gain you a bit more, but its tight. Offset can depend on a few factors with the axle. I'm having to use 5inch backspace 15inch wheels to work with my mods, which...

anyone running these on a Dr Diff disk brake stock width 8 3/4 housing.
