    Upper control arm

I got my new upper control arms for my '69 Charger from Cass at Dr Diff. On my Barracuda, my threads were a little questionable too. I screwed them in then tacked them in place with the welder, just like you said.

    Radiator and Fan clearance...

I never liked the inlet and outlet on the same side. I guess I was always worried that you may not get even flow across the width of the radiator. It's probably fine, but I'm thinking there is probably a reason the inlet and outlet are usually on opposite sides.

    Radiator and Fan clearance...

Careful on the flex fans, as I noticed that most of them are only rated to 4000-5000 rpm, which seems kind of pointless to me. That's why I chose the one I did, as it was rated to 8000 rpm per Mancini Racing website. I'm running that fan on a 1/2" spacer and it left me plenty of room in front...

    Radiator and Fan clearance...

Depends on what you are looking for. You have a LOT more room than I had. I don't know if you prefer electric or mechanical. You should have plenty of room to run a short clutch fan in there. I can't think of the part# off the top of my head, but I know that Hayden makes a 2.75" fan clutch. By...

    Thoughts?...sold for $7,900

I have to agree. I was tempted to do it on the white interior in my Charger (just ordered all the interior from Legendary), but decided against it. After seeing this, I am glad I did. Mine was going to be Turquoise to pull the LL1 Turquoise into the interior.

    Thoughts?...sold for $7,900

Agree with others above,.... Overall, I like the car, but the puple would have to go (and I'm a Vikings fan) and the custom lights and grille would have to go. Wheels are ok, but tires would be replaced and get rid of the fender skirts. Overall, looks like a pretty nice car. I like what they did...

    crossmember 4 speed mount

Could be on the A Bodies. Wayne told me they were different on the B Bodies when I bought mine

    crossmember 4 speed mount

Are you talking about the actual transmission mount? Two bolts to the transmission and one stud through the crossmember? I got mine from Brewers performance with the rest of my transmission parts. Should be available other places. Just do a search for transmission mount. I believe 4spd and auto...

    Weather Stripping?

You might also contact Steele Rubber. I was just watching My Classic Car last weekend and they had a rep from Steele Rubber on there saying that they custom print catalogs for people based on their individual cars for all the parts they offer. They also have a bunch of universal options for...

    Weather Stripping?

Don't really know what you are asking? Does it exist? What do you need? Where should you get it? Please clarify..... If you're wondering where to get it, there are many places that carry it. I got mine from a member/vendor over on forbbodiesonly that goes by 69bfan. I thought he was a member on...

    Oil and filter recommendations

I run Wix or Napa Gold filters. For oil, I would suggest running high zinc in anything older with flat tappets, and not just for breaking it in. I'm no oil expert, but I have read an awful lot of articles and forums that talk about how zinc levels were reduced in most oils, causing cam issues...

    Show us your Exhaust tips

I just went round angle cut stainless on mine.

    Exhaust?

I just took my car to a local shop that was highly recommended. They built me custom 2 1/4" exhaust back from the Tri-Y headers, through stainless Magnaflows with some stainless tips. Wanted to go 2 1/2" but getting that big of pipe through the right rear side by the gas tank and shocks was...

65 Formula S rear brake drums

It looks like it from what I am seeing. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't give any information on them. I would like to get a set of spare drums for my '67, but don't know if these would fit mine. It says it should though. If I look it up for mine, and choose /6, it lists it for rear...
