Would you happen to know how much bigger it is? If it's not to far off and will just bolt in I am good with that

I have located the black wheel I want I just want to know if it is a direct bolt in swap

I have had a grant wheel on my 69 340 since 1986. I got the urge to put a factory type wheel back on it. What years will fit? I am looking at a wheel from a 1972 dart is it a direct bolt on? Here is a picture of a wheel like the one I am looking at

I used clothes dye on mine , dumped two packages in and used very hot water . they came out good

I use hot glue to hold the spring clips in the chewed up board. When it is real hot and applied it almost becomes part of the board and will tear some lose when being ripped off it

Those were in my 70 Coronet R/T when I bought it in 1978 , but the factory 440 six pak made up for them:burnout:

I did mine almost 30 years ago and they still look great . I just put them in the kitchen sink added two packages of black dye and poured in boiling water and let them soak for 30 minutes. You would never know that they had once been black. Cleaned the sink with comet cleanser when I was done

I searched the forums but never found my answer so I hope someone here knows. Will a 1973 a body steering wheel fit a 1969 dart correctly , same size column etc? Found a neat wheel off a 1973 a body that I would like to replace the grant wheel on my dart with :banghead:

I love the bench seat look and feel and love a floor shift too

I also went from green to black. Put them in a clean kitchen sink and used almost boiling water and 2 packs of dye. It turned even the green on the buckles black.

Nope got two , figured I might buy another a body one day to go with the extra pad:glasses7:

My 69 dart has it's original uncracked dash pad , When I bought the car in 1981 the first thing I did was coat the dash pad with armor all and it has kept it uncracked , about once a year I put on a new coat. Just incase I have have another black one that is perfect I pulled 20+ years...

I thought you just pushed back in the midde hinge area and it locked them open
