Did you have the engine rebalanced when you switched cranks? Did you use a internally balanced balancer and converter that match the forged internally balanced crank as the cast crank is externally balanced? If not the inbalance is shaking the engine apart

If it's an automatic try adjusting the carb with some one inside with their foot on the brake and the car in gear at idle.

See if you can fine tune the engine and smooth the idle some. How did you adjust the carb? Vacuum gauge? If you are running a holley make sure the air bleeds are clean

You sure the line is free of dirt or obstructions? I'd pull the gauge and line off and blow them out with brake clean

The cam seems a little big for the heads to me. Have they had any porting?
