I think I may have one of the orig templates that a member was selling here (still in it's shipping tube) in storage. I never installed mine and the car was eventually sold.

Any updates? I assumed the paint was mixed properly so didn't mention that. Was that the problem? I'm thinking of ordering some so want to know if that solved the issue or if perhaps there's a bad batch out there.

Many years ago, I used some non-permanent gasket sealer (so it was supposedly still pliable when dry) on the pins and let it squish down to the base of the pin/emblem. Placed a piece of cardboard over the emblem and gently used a plastic wood clamp until dry. I can't remember if there was any...

I have only used their chassis paint products and never their engine paint. Can you take pics of ithe area where you made one pass on the block and perhaps on a piece of white paper before & after it dries? Just curious.

Any hole/bolt on the pass side? Any signs of bodywork where the hole should be?

Can you add pics? It would be easier to suggest methods if I could get a better idea of the paint used and the thickness but without physically seeing it, pics may help. Also, I'm not sureexactly how much has actually been painted. With that being said, the stainless will be the easiest of...

I'm no paint expert but am wondering if SW has a tech line where you can pick there brains re: your questions and maybe try and locate some good body/paint shops that specifically shoot similar products and pose the questions to them.

I may have some in storage. If no one else chimes in with some, I can go look.

I liked te first pic of the car. I could see the side markers in that pic. For fun was trying to imagine round '68 sidemarkers recessed or even '68 square Imperial markers.

Or do you have the sheetmetal to section in from the smaller side markers?

So it looks like you will reduce the size of the opening and possibly recess the smaller side marker. Correct?

When I was younger and had an abundance of energy, I stripped the entire chassis with Jasco/Aircraft strippe (brushed it on) and scraped it off with a putty knife. Finished with a wire brush on the drill.

I have a pic from my high school days of my friends 69 notchback in B3 with that hood. I'll try and find it. We had identical cars but mine had the 6-pack hood on. To Mopar guys, it might have look out of place but to others, it looked good.

After a second look, I realized that the car in the ad is a two-tone (Blue and green) which also carries into the interior. I like it!

F3 in '69 is known as Frost Green Metallic.

2 of the 3 have been removed.

My first thought is stay with black and use an original grain (from Legendary/YO/Dantes, etc.). What color is your interior? Stripe (if any) color?
