Get them while you can. There are no more Shumaker conversion mounts. K frame transplants are the only way to put a small block in from now on. Other companies stopped making them as well

Yes, this will fit a stock radiator as shown. Just add the proper tabs for mounting. It hangs over a fraction of an inch but the metal can be pushed slightly outward and the fan part is flexible and will fit snugly.
