More pretty work. How close would you say you are to having the 69 where you want it (body wise) and switching back to working on the 67? I'm looking forward to seeing that build thread too.

Hey Matt, I can't remember, are you putting a fiberglass hood/scoop on Patrick's car with the lite weight hood springs?

I saw those also and thought about a set but still not buying anything for my projects until I decide what's going to happen with them, unless a killer deal, or unobtanium part comes up. I also read somewhere (comments maybe?) that GG was not happy about his name being used and wasn't sure if...

I know it'll be better. As you and other have said, they slapped them together to get down the line and sold, with roughly 10 year life span. Your work is more meticulous, better QC and improvements, especially with knowing how to protect from the "r" word. Plus your innovations, modifications...

Good looking progress Matt. It'll be better than factory original when you get done.

"You mean to tell me you built a plane out of a Barracuda? I thought you were joking when you said your car(s) we're gonna fly and when they hit 88 MPH, you're gonna see some serious lift!" Sue me, it's still early, lol.

Barracuda: More parts ordered lately (shopping YO now), but no work. Miles driven: 0 (obviously). Fury: No parts ordered, but small amount of work done. Miles driven: 5 (got some new premium gas too). I'm on a roll, lol.

That'd be cool, thank you. After seeing you "manufacture" the car, you should be working for GYC. Tell Mark I said get back to actually showing and telling us about the cars.

Awesome Matt, just like your apprentice. Just think by the time he's driving, he's going to want to do Hellcat/Demon drivetrain swaps, and probably be showing you what he needs done, lol. It is good to see pics of my little buddy having fun and not stuck in the house with some kind of...

Good, steady progress on everything from whole body sections, down to the small stuff that is hard to remember or think of. Until you try and put the seats in anyway, lol.

Helluva lot of work dude. You could go show Mark on GYC how to work and not BS all day, then walk over the the car and install one bolt and call it a show, lol.

When Patrick finishes sanding his notch, tell him there is a fastback in VA that he should practice on too, lol. There is also a '72 Fury III that needs a little sanding around the bottom back window. Seriously though, that's some awesome major metal manipulation going on there.

Not bad at all, can't tell it's a spray can paint job. I think our high today was 76 with mid to low 50's tonight. Weekend is supposed to be low 80's. Really hoping I can get some heavy metal moved around this weekend.

Order of assembly? From a bare shell

Whew, what a relief, I've got 20 more years since I've had mine for only 7 years, lol. My dad on the other hand has had his '57 Ford Fairlane 500 for about 30 years. Since he had to retire last year at age 75 (he didn't want to even then), he's actually making progress now.

    Dartin for Divorce

I have twin FlowMaster 40's on my 72 Fury III. It has stock exhaust manifolds but I did change the cam and put a 4 barrel on it. Then I bought a 4 barrel Air filter housing and put 360 4 Barrel stickers on it to make it look stock (360 only came 2 barrel). It sounds awesome thru the stainless...
