Has the city changed in the past 40+ years? I lived in Germantown, 1965-1970, Pulaski Avenue, and went to Theodore Roosevelt Junior high and it was a nightmare. Got the scars to show for it. It made Escape from New York look like a cake walk although no one ever called me Snake or Plisken.
