Hmm not sure why. That's the way my dad purchased them. I know they have the plastic backs on them that will go with them. He needs the 73 and up style with the vinyl back so he is selling them. Jeff

My dad is willing to ship them if you pay for shipping. Colorado shouldn't be too expensive to ship to. They are already actually seperated so it would be easy to box them up. Jeff
