When i took my vinyl top off, i had alot of that glue crap on my roof also. I just sanded mine off, but mine wasnt near as thick as yours looks. I heard that airplane paint thinner works like a charm on removing vinyl tops, but ive never used it so im not sure how well it works.

that happens to me alot (the clip on the top of my cable plug-in is broken off), your cable might have become loose and just needs to be pluged back in, or the rod inside the cable needs to be lubed. thats about all i can think of.

howco4, thats nothing, if you think your floor is rusted, you should see mine. I have like 2 holes on the pass. side and 1 on the driver. I live in s.e. kansas and the humidity here is really high. There is rust all over my car, but nothing you can do about it now except fix it.

Is $200 too much for a k-member? I found one in an old 73 (once a 340) duster in a junkyard. The dart im getting my rearend out of had an old 318 in it, would the k-member out of the dart fit in my duster? They are the same sizes arent they?

i am doing the same thing, already have my 318 rebuilt, i am putting a v8 k member in mine though. I think im giong to buy a new wiring harness for mine, ive heard that Painless wiring systems is the way to go, but they dont make them for 75 dusters, but they do make them for darts i believe...
