Pictures are from Sweden. There was a lot of "limo" Mopars made in Sweden back then. Mostly used as school taxi, but real limos too (Ambulances etc). I dont know of this exact Valiant, but lots of these were made back in day.
I am converting my 65 Valiant to later automatic. I already have steering column from 66 Dart. I am looking for linkages between column and transmission. I can´t even find a picture of 66 linkage so I don´t know what to look for. Are these same as newer a-bodies, or is this one year only part...
I took rear belts from junked Audi 80. Got 3-point belts with roll under package tray. Had to make all mounting points, but wanted 3-point belts. Both kids has their own :)
Thanks!
I'm now in middle of changing 66 cuda dash and variable wipers in my 65 Valiant. Left side is 1 speed and right variable motor. I believe rest of linkage will fit, just as cudamark said.
I met Käkö a couple days ago and got my cap. Looks and fits great! The only problem is that O-ring is a bit tight, like someone mentioned before. No big deal, needs a little filing or thinner O-ring. Thanks Steve and Käkö :-D
