I've got the rear spacers you're gonna need to run 245/45 tires. PM me if you end up needing them. They're about $60 + shipping on ebay. I messed up and ordered 2 pair instead of just 2 so these are band new. $60 shipped.

I ordered these caps http://www.americanmuscle.com/silver-aluminum-center-cap.html and just tapped the dust cover down a little with a small hammer. Very easy.

that thread has the answers. I mocked up a set two nights ago. Tires and spacers are on order. If you go this route I found ebay vendors with the best prices and DTD has a $100 rebate on tires right now.
