I was wrong. Mexican Mopars do have fender tags. Here is one from my 1974 Dart Sedan. See if you can make any sense of the codes. The 403496 T is my VIN, the complete VIN, with the T in the front.

Mexican cars don't have a fender tag. They also don't have the same VIN series as a US car. If you are looking for the original options I can get you the copy of the original sales invoice, which is the ownership document, and it lists all the options the car was born with.
