I did make the shroud 2 piece the first time I changed the water pump on the durango. I was glad I did the next time I had to change it.

I have used pliers too, but never have been lucky enough for one to drain. 99 durango, 03 ram both the same.

Mopar Vince, great idea. Now, can someone tell me how to drain the newer radiators with those stupid plastic petcocks? I have NEVER had one of them work. I always get mad and pull the bottom hose off and dump everything at once.

Back when we burned wood, I had the best setup, a good axe and 3 sons.

How are the leds with vibration? I live about 3 miles from a coal mine and cannot keep lights in the shop.

I got rid of the crank handle and welded a nut on mine, so I could use my 1/2 inch impact on it. It works much faster that way.
