You can't get a custom set of headers built there for $1000 and avoid all of the hassles of shipping? My last set was $900 and they are BEAUTIFUL and fit perfectly because they were made for my car only. That price did not include coating!

I lay an inpact socket on it's side and hammer against that to make smooth dents on headers.

I had some custom headers made for my 470 build. 2 1/8" primaries into 3" exhaust and Warlock mufflers dumping in front of the rear tires. I bought them because the have removable bolt in baffles for open exhaust. Do you guys run these? I hope they don't sound like Flowmasters.

2.5" is fine. I only went 3" on my big block because I am going to spray it to 750hp.
