    Good carb cleaner?

1 gallon pail of Gunk Carb cleaner. It comes with a basket inside to soak parts. I use it in a heated ultrasonic unit. Works pretty good. Andrew

    Fuel sending unit

Note: make sure you use a non steel object such as a copper pipe to avoid any sparking when removing the lock ring. Make sure you have a good ground on the sending unit as well.

Narrow "Stock Location" Mount Fuel Tank for 1968 Dodge Dart?

Here are some more pics. I don’t think I would have notched the frame the way they did, but it has held up ok so far. The tank is roughly 25 1/2” wide by 39” L. Hope this helps. Andrew

Narrow "Stock Location" Mount Fuel Tank for 1968 Dodge Dart?

Will do, I bought the car this way. Not sure why they notched the frame rails the way they did. I also think the spring relocation is further in than most. I have a 12" wide rim with 325/50/15 on the rear with room for more if I wanted. I have ordered a set of Caltracs to help take the stress...

    Hello Quick Fuel, Goodbye Holley

That's too bad, I've been really happy with my 950An, I would never buy another Holley. It's been a great upgrade and very tunable. Eliminated other issues I had with off idle stumble etc.. I also installed a afr gauge, which helped with the set up. Good luck. Andrew

    Hello Quick Fuel, Goodbye Holley

I dumped my Holley years ago and bought the exact same carb. I have been very happy with it. You can buy a full set of air correction jets from summit if needed. Good luck! Andrew

    Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge

I have this one and it seams to work very well for me. I had a serviced my fuel fiter and a piece of rubber ended up getting stuck in my needle and seat. The gauge went red and helped me make it home safely. Andrew http://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/atm-4378/overview/

    Annular vs dogleg booster....

I just pulled my holley 850 downleg off and replaced it with a Quickfuel annular 950 from Muscle Motors, and out of the box the throttle response and starting was greatly improved.
