Welcome to FABO Mike! I have a 72 Duster that has been a part of the family since 1978 and has been parked for a lot longer than being driven, but I'm working on adding miles when the snow is not on the ground, mostly to shows in my area or family get togethers. Post some pics of the Swinger...

    Howdy from Texas

Welcome from another 72 Duster owner, I have a mildly warmed up 340, 4 on the floor, and a bench seat, I don't see any reason why an automatic floor shifter wouldn't work with your bench depending on the style of shifter you choose. I would think though a 727 Automatic may be a better choice...

    Hello from IA

I have 235/60/15 front and 245/60/15 rear tires on Chrysler big bolt pattern Rallye wheels on the Duster nothing rubs and the car handles great. (the BBP mod was done by the original owner so he could bolt on a set of Cragar SS wheels.)

    1973 Barracuda

The valve body was modified to be manually shifted from gear to gear, 1 is first gear, 2 is second gear and D, third gear. Automatic shifting in "D" is eliminated. Now if it is called a "Reverse Manual" Valve Body, then D is 1st gear, 2 is second gear and 1 is third gear.

    1973 Barracuda

Welcome to FABO, while it's true the Barracuda was built as an A Body from 1964 to 1969, they then were built on a new E Body platform in 1970 along with the introduction of the Dodge Challenger, both models ran until the end of the 1974 model year. You might want to post this on the "For E...

    Accidental A-body newbie in Connecticut

Very nice car! That push button transmission takes me back to a 63 Dodge Polara I had, it had a 383 2 bbl, I swapped the intake manifold and Thermoquad from a 400 on to it, then got headers with dual exhaust installed, ran pretty darn good. But that tranny even with the stock 2bbl intake and...
