I agree the lake area was much better but, the city closed that location so we had no choice to move the show site. We are hearing the lake area will be available again but not until 26'. Next year we are planning a new location, stay tuned ;)

Went last year, going again this year. It's a great event if you like drag racing ( reminds me of the nats ) but also enjoy autocross... then there's the show cars to check out as well.

This will be my first time there, sadly, with no car.

i'll be there as well with Big Easy Mopars, we cook every year on friday evenings, join us. i'm bringing a 72 Dart/Demon front bumper, arm rest, some distributors, brackets, etc. Mark i haven't had a Molsen since Battleship ;)

i tried to get them to park cars by class but it was decided to park the clubs together ( Big Easy always gets the first row, Louisiana Mopars got the second row, etc. ) then fill lot as they come in. check this out i notice at every show we go to the decline of the older cars attendance...

i understand the frustration, but, it's a public parking place and they can't control who comes in. they can only " suggest " they find another place to park and then come check out the real cars :finga: the key to this event is get there early. just like everything else with Crusin the Coast as...

saturday in Bay. St. Louis on Main Street is like a parade, it's very cool. we get there early and set chairs up and watch the cars go by all day long. join us ;)

many good picture spots around the bay area. i'm planning on getting to the marina bout 7-7:30, setting up then walking across the street to have breakfast at waffle house. the free lunch will be served at noon, get sum sunset on the Bay
