pull your distributor and check that the oil pump drive gear did not shear the pin or is still a press fit.

I remove all my plugs from under the car with a combo wrench with the exception of number 1 & 8 which I get from up top with a socket. Found that to be the easiest way.

I run pro parts on my Duster and I can tell you it is easer to change plus from under the car with a box wrench. The number 1 & 8 can be done up top.

If you want the correct bolts just give Milodon a call, the will sell you the bolt kit you need.

x2 on the mp housing and milodon pump, brackets for the alternator can be found on the internet and other places that will solve your problem with the hoses. You can then sell the pump you have and recoup some $$$$.

I am running a solid roller.

I am running them on my 440 with 906's and have not had any clearance issues.

Clean it, clean it, clean it and clean it again both the block, rods and crank and everything else. Use brushes and get all the oil holes and gallery's before you even begin to assemble it.

Not really, your vacuum is highest at idle and can still be low enough to open it at cruise.

Hook up a vacuum gage and see what vacuum your pulling at cruse when it is doing what you said.

Or just copy and paste.

Got em on my Duster, like em a lot. As far as the collectors go just get a couple of large hose clamps and pull em together then start the collector on.

The 21001 uses an adapter plate sandwiched between the block and pump and requires a longer oil pump drive shaft.

Don't see the big problem, here is mine and I have no problem with the valve cover or header bolts. It is tight but with the right tools not that big of a deal.

That is the first thing you should do is tell us what you have checked and is OK. Like fuel pressure if running a electric pump, float level, power valve ( number and if it is good) how much vacuum at idle, jetting, ignition timing etc etc etc. With this kind of info we could give you a better...
