The weekend started out just swapping the bucket seats (non-Mopar) for a pair of Procar 90's. One thing led to another and now since the seats are out it would be a good time to upgrade from lap belts to 3 pt shoulder belts. Where would the shoulder belt attachment point be on a post car?

Whoa, that's a lot of rust. The rocker/floor pan is especially troublesome. First car, limited budget. No welding or bodywork experience. Run, don't walk, away from this car.
